Notes/Activities displaying for the wrong account RRS feed

  • We recently migrated from CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 (both Online). My sales reps have reported that the Notes/Activities pane on the account form will occasionally display records for the wrong account. IOW, I'll see phone call records for Account A displaying when I open Account B. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a setting in IE to resolve the problem?

  • If Account B is the parent account of Account A, then the built-in behaviour is to show you a roll-up of the activities for both, on B.

    If you display a sub-grid of activities on the form instead, then you would only see the activities from the account itself, not its children.
