  • How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

Do Dell, Gateway, and other major computer manufacturers (OEMs) qualify as local PC builders for this offer?
No. The BONUS PACK offer excludes Windows Vista and Office system products intended for major computer manufacturers (OEMs), or part of a volume license agreement.

  • Hi vprmatrixgeek,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.

Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
