    We have a CRM 4.0 and we setup a queue to receive e-mail. So far so good, it's working great. The problem is that the queue is receiving some spam and when we delete these activities they aren't deleted successfully from the system. If the e-mail is deleted from “Activities” or when it is open “Actions->Delete E-Mail”, record isn’t deleted from the queue or from “In Progress” queue and when we try to delete it there is an error that “The requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it”. If we first delete e-mail from the queue, then from “In Progress” queue and finally from the system everything looks ok. So I have two questions:

    1.     Is that a normal behavior? Should we delete e-mails in a strict order (the last one)?

    2.     How can we delete stale e-mails from queue? Is there a recommended way to do this or we should continue to crush *_MSCRM database as we delete records manually?
