    Hello,

We have been testing OCS 2007 and using the Live Meeting Portion a lot in our testing.  But one of the most annoying things we have found is there is not way to save mark ups we have done on a shared documents.  This seems like a pretty normal feature.  Also, we draw ideas on the whiteboard, but the only way to save our drawings is to take a screen shot.  There is the "Print to PDF" feature, but of course that is only available for "Live Meeting Pro".

Are we missing something?  Any ideas for a work around?

    Thanks.

  • Print to PDF is only possible in the hosted Live Meeting Services

You could record the meeting but then you have the complete content and not only the drawing

What do you mean with mark ups?

The changes that you make like in reviewing?

Application sharing works under the context of the user sharing the doc so don't think that you can record stuff that other people added via live meeting application sharing

  • Ya if some of us are working on a document it would be nice to be able to save any marks or annotations we made.

I guess the user could just share the app, but this feature of saving work done on a document/whiteboard is sorely lacking.

  • Word has a feature that does that automatically : Track Changes
