Where to post a Get-ADObject question

Question
-
All,
I need help with PowerShell and Active Directory. However, I am not sure which group I need to post my question to.
I need to view the NTDS Schedules of our Domain Controllers.
I need to change the NTDS Schedule of one Domain Controller.
Then I need to change the NTDS Schedule of the Domain Controller to 15 mins.
Help!
