Outlook 2003 signatures don't change when account is changed

  I'm using windows 7 in combination with outlook 2003.

  When is change the account to send an email, the signature isn't changed when the account is changed.

  The option word as editor has been enabled and disabled. Office has been reinstalled with and without SP3. Also recreated the signatures.

   

  Please advice what to do.
