  • 1. Apply Update Rollup 11 to the Client if it’s not already applied.

    2. Reset IE Settings. Go through the steps in the following KB by clickingthe "Fix it" button. Make sure you click the "Delete Personal
Settings" when prompt. (Firstcheck to see if you have a proxy configuration in IE as you will lose Internetconnection if proxy settings are not put back)

*Search for KB 923737 to reset IE settings*

    3. Then verify that the CRM URL is in the “Trusted Sites” zone in Internet Explorer

    4. Delete temporary CRM Outlook cache

                   a. Start> All Programs> Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011> Diagnostics

                   b. Click on the Advanced Troubleshooting tab and then Click the Delete button

If the issue still exists its possibly an issue with some custom Jscript. Does the issue only happen on certain entities?

Does this issue happen for all users or just one?
