CRM 2011: Multiple "Regardings" in an activity (appointment)

Question

hi forum
i'd like to have multiple regardings in an appointment based on contacts. is there a possibility to handle that? for example: i visit three contacts at the same appointment.
i could use participants, but if you use outlook client they get an invitation and that's not cool. any hints?
thanks for your support

There is unfortunetly no way to add multiple contacts/accounts/leads through regarding.
I would still add them as participants. And dont worry about the appointment sending out. Because appointments are not send from CRM. They are syncronized to only USER accounts.
If you add contact participants, then will not recieve anything.

You could create a custom entity for the regarding that can then be associated with multiple contacts as a potential work around. Then you could navigate to this entity from the email in CRM and then navigate to the attached contacts.
