CRM 4.0: Creating major load on Exchange Server RRS feed

    We just recently had CRM 4.0 installed and my user's are now complaining that Outlook is slow.  The CPU utilization on the Exchange box went from nearly nothing prior to CRM, now it’s consistently at 30-40%. (we're only talking 35 CRM/Outlook users.)  Is this normal?


    I don't believe we're using the CRM email router, just the Outlook add-in.  Upgrading to CRM 4.0 Update 1 didn't seem to make any difference.


    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
