Can't embed TechRepublic video on Live Writer RRS feed

    Hi,
    i can't embed the videos from TechRepublic like this one:


    Here is the embed code:

    It happens also with other videos.

    It appears on the edit window but then the Writer crashes. If I publish it the video will not appear on my Windows Live Spaces blog.

    Can anyone help me?

    Spaces only supports video insert via embed and not via object  -- you can see that if you try to insert a video on the Spaces website.

    When I added your object to source view and then switched to edit I did not see a crash.  I did see a crash when I tried to play the video on the edit tab.  Are you using the latest Writer and maybe the latest version of IE?

    Yes I'm using the latest version of both IE and Writer.

    Than there is no "easy" way to use embed code via object or transform it into embed?
