Hi Mike,
Not out of the box. However, a tool such as scribe could be used to integrade crm online with SL. Here's a blog we wrote on one of those integrations.

The same method would also work for crm online.

Hi Mike,
You may able to do a one way integration, from SL to CRM Online. Since CRM Online can't do custom code. You can't really do much on CRM to SL integration.
Hope this helps!

I agree, you are not allowed to deploy custom code (as of today). I do believe you can connect to CRM Online via Scribe. To have the best integration from CRM to SL a customer should look at CRM on-premise or Partner Hosted CRM.

Hi Mike,In terms of extensibility MS CRM online allows you to do most things you can do with IFD or hosted solution. So you should be able to develop a solution that allows you to integrate SL with MS CRM online. The link below a comparison between the different versions of MS CRM.Do you have a specific method of integration in mind?Hassan.

We have built solutions to do this. We do SL to CRM integrations with our code and Scribe.
Thanks
