    Hi, I've perchuesed the product today, and after instellation , running the scan, tuning us, I still have the spyware, and a virus, tell me what to do?, I receive a WinAntivirus window, and other 2 can't find the names for them, please advise

    These ones are good.

     

    If you can post the names of the virus's / spyware you would probably recieve more usefull information.

    Thank you for your e mail, after I used scanning programmes that you've sent me, I received this report.
    Can the  one care product I've just bought do something ?
     
     
    PS, I went through security response and didn't suggest any action except buying? same thing for the ESET and asking me to uninstall the one care

    Dear Steve,

     

     

    Sorry for the troubles concerning the two threads, since yesterday morning and after I've sent the message, and after several attempts all of a sudden my notebook is functioning very well all by it self, and believe me I don't know what happen, I used to un the scan one after each other receiving the same message that one live found two harmful spyware and removed them.

    Then after a survey on the Microsoft website everything went well I don't know how

    Anyway, thanks for your reply, I'll keep it just in case
