How do I get rid of this, my Live one cannot quarentine it.....Help

Hello, this is forum for Live Writer. Not One Care

But you can try go to start -> control panel -> add or remove program and unistall him or download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.36 and "run deep scan". Good luck.
