  • Hi Rajes,

    you need to know id of "Print" button then just put below line on opportunity form onload

    var _Print=document.getElementById("PRINT BUTTON ID");

    if(_Print!=null)

    document.getElementById("PRINT BUTTON ID").style.display='none';

    You can use IE developer toolbar to get print ID

  • If I understand the request properly, I believe rajesh is trying to hide the Print button from the main CRM window when navigating to the Opportunity record grid from the "SiteMap".  If that's the case, he would need to apply the same method that MayankP is suggesting, but in a more complicated manner: basically by replacing the "Opportunities" elements in the SiteMap with new elements that use Javascript to both load the Opportunities grid, and to conceal the Print button after loading.
