CrmService class is not in console application?? RRS feed

  • I tried to implement one console application with CRM.

    But i can't find class CrmService  (i used this one to connect, retrieve data, update in the web application)

    What should i use??

    Have you added the references to Microsoft.Crm.Sdk and Microsoft.Crm.SdkTypeProxy libraries?

  • if i reference these two libraries, then
    the service.update,   need accept the business entity from Microsoft.Crm.Sdk,   not from my web services?
    how can i update the customized entity and attribute?

  • you can use either Microsoft.Crm.Sdk or Web Service
    for web service reference
    you can found sample in CrmSDK
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK ->Web Service:CrmService->Using CrmService Web Service->How To....
    for dll add refrence
    microsoft.crm.sdk.dll
    microsoft.crm.sdktypeproxy.dll
