Is there some way I can report this idiot and get these forms removed?

Question

A number of our customers are receiving the email below. Not withstanding the bad grammar and poor spelling the link is to a genuine page on forms.office.com and I was just wondering if there was somewhere I could send this to have it taken down?
Thanks
Geoff

I'd also ask your service provider for help to block the spam.

Richard,
Thanks but the email is not from Microsoft. It just seems odd to me that there is not some process to report this kind of misuse of forms.office.com. While appreciate it's not possible to prevent idiots like this from creating bogus forms on the platform you would think users would be able to report it and have it taken down at least.

Dave,
The "service provider" in this case is Office 365.
