gal problem

  we have exchange 2003 at two location.
  at one location there is backend & frontend and prmary DC .other location has backend server and additional DC.
  at other location user on backend server gal shows in lan  but users accessing  in (rpc over http)cache mode do not  show gal .
  please provide solution
