I'm using Windows XP Professional, SP3,in home, but I'm having problems with my photos at Windows Live Gallery RRS feed

    Every time I tried to download KB954708, indicated by Windows Live Gallery, I could not install it because  see the information that my program is not in the same language!
    I 'm using a Windows XP Professional, SP3, in Portuguese, but trying to change to this language or in English, I have the same problem!
