OneCare Anti Virus Program Installation Error

Basically whenever i tried to install Onecare i recieve and error message during the installation procress - i have tried redownloading the program.

I also cannot use Windows Defender to remove this virus, i recieve the following error 'Application Failed To Initialze 0x800106ba'

I also cannot remove Windows Defender, the virus seems to stop me from doing that.

I'm restricted heavily with what i can and can't do because of this virus, props to whoever made it you must be awsome.

That error message generally means that you are running a beta version of Defender on your PC.

You should install the released version of Defender - http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx - and that should remove the beta version during the installation.

If your goal is to install OneCare, and you cannot remove Defender, I recommend that you contact support for help.
