Upgrade of MS Office Pro 2002 to MS Office Standard 2007 RRS feed

  • I intend to buy the latest upgrade MS office Standard edition (2007 ??)  Can I be assured that it will upgrade my 2002 edition of MS Office Pro now installed On my Windows Vista Ultimate on my HP computer with Intell Quad (~ about one year old).  Can I use the upgrade for ~ $230 or do I need the full version for ~ $450.00
