  • Hello

Your Diagnostic Report tells me that both your Office and Windows both check out a Genuine. Please go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the "Start Diagnostic" button. This website will check that your system has the correct settings enabled to Validate correctly. If any setting are found to be incorrect, the site will provide steps to resolve the issue (or may be able to fix the issue automaticly, by you clicking the "Resolve Now" button).

Once all the setting check out with a Green Checkmark, click the Validate Office button. At this point your office should Validate as Genuine.

    Thank you,

A few hours after sending in this post I tried it again and passed. Before sending in the post I did try the diagnostic and it reported everything was OK but at that point my copy of Office was still not validating. It seems to be working now, no idea why it wasn't or what I might of done to cause/correct the issue. Thanks for your responce.
