CRM 2015 - ISV code aborted the operation - while adding products on Order form

  Hello experts,

  while selecting the existing product on my order form its giving me the RED CROSS on the form with ISV code aborted the operation message. we have plugin written on the save of the Order form.

  it was working fine til now. few colleagues were trying to fix the related to plugin. but now they have reverted the code to original and still its not working. Please suggest urgently on this.
