Can i post parts of texts from the PHI book to ask questions here?

  I am new here. Can i post the texts of the PHI book (by Tony Northrup, Shawn Wildermuth and Bill Ryan) here in the forums so that i can ask questions and doubts regarding them? I am doing MCTS 70-536. Will it affect the copyright issue? If it will how can i discuss the book here?
