Question

can you confirm that my (blocked) Key is an MSDN Key ( I think so because of the 066 in the PID...)

Yes, it is. Sorry to say. If you don't mind my asking did it come with packaging or did you get a key only from an auction site?
If from EBAY then file a claim and don't accept a second key, demand your money back. If you bought it with retail packaging from a store everything and the reciept back to the store you bought it from and report it to www.microsoft.com/piracy.

I got only the Key with a Downloadlink (from a microsoft-server: https://fp-pr1.ds.microsoft.com/TransferFile/FileTransfer.dll?Cmd= XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I am actually discussing with the shop to get back my money...
Thank you for the quick answer ;)
