eService portal issue, seems does not display attachments but note text! RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    When we reply custmer using case notes, we may upload attachments. But the eService portal only display text notes not the attachment notes!

    How do I display case attachments on eService portal?

    Any ideas would be great appreciated!

  • eService not have possibility to show the attachements to eService user. eService user may only attach files. If you need to share/publish a file with eService user you may use Knowledge Base Article where you can attach file. New portals should have a new functionality (Portal Integration)
