How to Diplay Categories or Quick Steps diplaying in New E-Mail

  I need your help, i’m trying since hours to display the Categories or Qucik Steps in my New E-Mail Windows without success.

  I cannot find any way to change this situation even with cutomizing of ribbon, please help if possible.

  I’m having a special rule which is just working if I categorie my E-mail once I sent it our in order to make a copy of it and move into a special folder.
