  • Hello John,

     

    Please follow the below steps and let me know if this resolves your issue:


    1)      Click the “Start” button.

    2)      Click “Run…”

    3)      Type: %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Office Genuine Advantage\data

    4)      Delete the file: data.dat

    5)      Go to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and click the Validate Office button.
