Office 2007 Product Key not accepted when converting from Trial

Question
-
Hi,
I got this message
"The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key, and then retype it."
when I go to convert the trial version, I type in the key shown on the sticker in the CD case (OEM). I verified the key is exactly the same on the sticker.
How can I fix this problem? Can you send me another product key?
Hereafter the diagnostic reports.
thanks.

The instructions call for using a "retail" product key and not an "OEM" product key. If you have an OEM product key, then you'll have to uninstall the trial version of Microsoft Office, then install the OEM version.
