When is an internal CWA used RRS feed

  • Question

  • This may be a silly question!

However if all internal users have the MOC client installed is an internal CWA needed?

From reading the documentation and “playing” as far as I can tell only the external published CWA is used when scheduling a conference or setting the PIN for dial-in conferences (even from an internal MOC 2007 R2 Client) etc.
So I can't see any downside in not having an internal CWA.

  • That is correct...

The difference is that you can have an Internal CWA to login automatically (Windows Authentication) so users would not have to login separately
Only providing the external CWA is OK as you can also use it internally - but it requires additional logon
