USB ports

Question

Hi all
I have a Acer Laptop V3-571 i5 and currently using Windows 8. The laptop was perfectly working, until a couple hours ago. I have three USB ports, but now I can only use one of them, for unknown reasons. When I go and see the Drivers panel, it shows nothing, it says that the devices are working properly, whilst is not.
Could the re installing the USB drivers be the solution, I've already searched in Google for USB drivers for Windows 8 but I can't find any. Thanks !

Hello,
The Windows Desktop Perfmon and Diagnostic tools forum is to discuss performance monitor (perfmon), resource monitor (resmon), and task manager, focusing on HOW-TO, Errors/Problems, and usage scenarios.
As the question is off topic here, I am moving it to the Where is the Forum... forum.Karl
