CRM 2013 Server Side Sync problems RRS feed

  • We have enabled SSS (Exchange 2007) but are experiencing severe issues and wonder if Microsoft or other partners can shed any light? We have set all user profiles to only match to existing leads, accounts or contacts. We have disabled smart-matching and subject-line tokens but email headers is enabled.

    1. Incoming emails are being tracked against deactivated contacts
    2. Incoming emails are being tracked against contacts that have had their email address removed
    3. Incoming emails are being tracked when coming from a CRM user (internal) rather than only contacts...
    4. We are getting frequent timeouts and non-descriptive error alerts
    5. Appointments and tasks sync is only happening for some users and unreliable
    6. Is it supposed to sync Outlook Sent Items into CRM?
