One care won't open

I have inatalled onecare on my computer and it seems to be be working ok. But when i double click on the icon in the tray it takes a very long time to load. Sometimes i get the main menu screen other times i do not. Then I have to shut the screen down because it tells me the program is not responding.

If it is having trouble opening, I suspect either a low memory situation or a conflict with another program. When it does open, do all functions work normally? Does a Tune-up run and complete, for example? Can you Change Settings?

Try the following -
To repair .Net Framework 2.0 on XP:
Open Control Panel
Select Add or Remove Programs
Locate Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
Select the entry and when the installer launches, select Repair.
Reboot when it completes.
