i can't install fix it on XP SP3.. RRS feed

    when i try to install fix it , a popup window comes out saying

    "Extraction failed- the file name, directory name, or volume lable syntax is incorrect"

     

    Also, i was trying to change the name of my computer, but i don't know how?! << noth the user name, but the main name where the computer is registerd with and carries the name in the C: directory
