Unfortunately what you're talking about is a UI and this is the C# forum. We only answer questions related to C# itself. For questions related to UI stuff please post in the appropriate forums. We can move this thread to some forums such as Winforms or WPF. For ASP.NET applications you'll need to post in https://forums.asp.net.

    Question 2

I'm not sure I follow what you're asking here. You want a user to log in to Windows once and then never have to log in again. They auto login? That isn't something that C# can do as that would require running code inside the secure area of the kernel. In fact I don't know any way to do that other than the standard auto-login functionality that Windows already has. You can certainly write an app to set that information (assuming permissions are valid) but Windows itself would handle the login process from there.

If you are instead referring to the ability to write a program and then use the user's credentials when connecting to a database or something like that then this works already just be being a Windows application. The process runs in the context of the logged in user so things just work.
