I don't believe any Wiki activity has shown up in anyone's profile in the last 28 days. This is a known issue. See this thread:

Coincidently, I just noticed in the last hour that my Wiki statistics, which have been unchanged since before March 7, have just now jumped. I suddenly got credit for many Wiki edits and comments. No activity shows up yet in my profile. I checked the
profile of several other regulars in the Wiki and they also show no activity. I can't tell if their statistics got updated, but I found one user that got credit for a Wiki achievement today. The achievement is in his profile and shows as awarded today.
Although the Wiki activity has not been shown in our profile, I assume the metadata with all activity has always been fine. I believe a process is now being run to update our statistics and award achievements. I don't know if they will also be able to update
our profile activity, but of course when they do, only the last 100 show in the profile. In fact, when I looked at other's profile, they seem to have fewer activities. Maybe in the future we will see fewer.
I believe your Wiki activity is, or will soon, show in your statistics. It may also soon show up in your profile statistics. At present I see you have credit for one new Wiki article and 12 edits. Does that make sense? I see you also got an achievement for
the new article.
By the way, nice article. Looks like a lot of work went into it.
