    Having CRM 2013 and the Outlook client, my personal option for Email is unchecked.  When I click send email from a CRM contact form it opens the CRM email form.  That would appear to be contrary to the setting.

    Has this functionality been abandoned?

    Back story is this.  CRM form connects to app.clickdimensions.com where ADFS intercedes and asks for a password.  I don't want users to have to enter credentials to send emails and was hoping the use of the Outlook form would remedy this situation.

    I'm asking ClickDimensions if their solution defeats this functionality.  Anybody know enough about the internals to know if it is possible for a solution to configure CRM to ignore this setting?
