TechNet Account Validation

    Question

  • I am getting the message below when I try and validate my TechNet account:

    Forums home                     >                 
             
    Validate alerts email                

    There was a problem confirming this email for Forums Alerts delivery.

    To report this issue please email

    I have tried to clear the cache, restart the browser, and delete any and all known history in both IE and Chrome. Any suggestions?

  • Hi,

    I'd try clicking on the link again in a little while, perhaps there's some temporary issue blocking new confirmations. Alternatively, was there an email contact given in the message (it seems to have been cut off here when you pasted it in)? If so, I'd try reaching out to that address if you're not able to confirm your address within an hour or so.

  • Thanks for the reply, still not working. I did contact:

     fissues@microsoft.com.

    Their response was to clear cache, restart browser.

    Still failing.
