    I had some problems on my laptop, and after that when I tried to run microsoft fix it centar i got the following message: Failed to get troubleshooter catalog. Error MatsGetSup catalog failed.

    What should I do?

    Could you please elaborate more on the following details?

    1. Is your laptop in corpnet or at home?

    2. Could you please retry Fix It Center after reinstalling MSXML 6.0?

    Coco Ma, tenho o mesmo problema, baixo o programa e quando vou instalar o fixitcenter, da o seguinte erro:

    fix it center encontered an erro

    an unexpected erro has occurred. Plase close and try to run setup again leter.

    possuo um XP sp3

    antivirus panda.
