Can't change wrong mail listed for attempted Live One Care activation RRS feed

  • I accidentally listed my email address, rather than my spouses. for activating a second machine on live one care. Now, it won't let me change it now that I have the correct information, so it won't activate yet it says I already have an account  I am trapped in an infinate loop.  How do I just get this #$#%^&%#$ product activated on an existing subscription?  (I pulled it off the first computer because it doesn't like to play with Norton products, even when they don'tr overlap functions)

  • Unfortunately, due to a bug in 2.0 activation, you will need to reinstall OneCare in order to enter the correct LiveID for your subscription.
