Question

Hello,
This has been talked about many times in these forums, but I have yet to see an answer. I have read many answers to Windows XP, but none for Windows 7. Just installed Windows 7 a few days ago (Purchased from Dell) and yesterday I installed Office Student and Teachers Edition 2003. It activeated without a glich, but now I get a message that states my software is not genuine. Here is my information.Diagnostic Report (1.9.0011.0): ----------------------------------------- WGA Data--> Validation Status: Genuine Validation Code: 0 Cached Validation Code: N/A, hr = 0xc004f012 Windows Product Key: *****-*****-2DKR8-7YT3R-C8PYF Windows Product Key Hash: VGhYk0urBeoDMoXfwiZFaA5eX5g= Windows Product ID: 00371-177-0578895-85936 Windows Product ID Type: 5 Windows License Type: Retail Windows OS version: 6.1.7600.2.00010100.0.0.048 ID: {39E7F906-666D-4782-AE8C-B29526BA653B}(1) Is Admin: Yes TestCab: 0x0 WGA Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Product Name: Windows 7 Professional Architecture: 0x00000000 Build lab: 7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255 TTS Error: Validation Diagnostic: Resolution Status: N/A WgaER Data--> ThreatID(s): N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WGA Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 File Exists: No Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaTray.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaLogon.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGA Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: 2.0.48.0 OGAExec.exe Signed By: Microsoft OGAAddin.dll Signed By: Microsoft OGA Data--> Office Status: 100 Genuine Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 - 100 Genuine OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0 Signed By: Microsoft Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3_E2AD56EA-765-d003_E2AD56EA-766-0_E2AD56EA-134-80004005 Browser Data--> Proxy settings: N/A User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Win32) Default Browser: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe Download signed ActiveX controls: Prompt Download unsigned ActiveX controls: Disabled Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Allowed Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: Disabled Allow scripting of Internet Explorer Webbrowser control: Disabled Active scripting: Allowed Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting: Allowed File Scan Data--> Other data--> Office Details: <GenuineResults><MachineData><UGUID>{B54A33AD-AC7C-4037-8566-84100476052F}</UGUID><Version>1.9.0011.0</Version><OS>6.1.7600.2.00010100.0.0.048</OS><Architecture>x32</Architecture><PKey>*****-*****-*****-*****-C8PYF</PKey><PID>00371-177-0578895-85936</PID><PIDType>5</PIDType><SID>S-1-5-21-2792190813-522358583-3524904431</SID><SYSTEM><Manufacturer>Entropy Initiative</Manufacturer><Model>Supressor</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>Intel Corp.</Manufacturer><Version>BX97520J.86A.2813.2008.0114.2256</Version><SMBIOSVersion major="2" minor="4"/><Date>20080114000000.000000+000</Date></BIOS><HWID>67BB3607018400FA</HWID><UserLCID>0409</UserLCID><SystemLCID>0409</SystemLCID><TimeZone>Central Standard Time(GMT-06:00)</TimeZone><iJoin>0</iJoin><SBID><stat>3</stat><msppid></msppid><name></name><model></model></SBID><OEM/><GANotification><File Name="OGAAddin.dll" Version="2.0.48.0"/></GANotification></MachineData><Software><Office><Result>100</Result><Products><Product GUID="{91120409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}"><LegitResult>100</LegitResult><Name>Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003</Name><Ver>11</Ver><Val>5B2EA7CC03E1070</Val><Hash>JBtvJpvyzqX1vC/vJFFXjXUBZeM=</Hash><Pid>70141-056-9178012-56762</Pid><PidType>1</PidType></Product></Products><Applications><App Id="16" Version="11" Result="100"/><App Id="18" Version="11" Result="100"/><App Id="1A" Version="11" Result="100"/><App Id="1B" Version="11" Result="100"/></Applications></Office></Software></GenuineResults> Spsys.log Content: 0x80070002 Licensing Data--> Software licensing service version: 6.1.7600.16385 Name: Windows(R) 7, Professional edition Description: Windows Operating System - Windows(R) 7, RETAIL channel Activation ID: e838d943-63ed-4a0b-9fb1-47152908acc9 Application ID: 55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f Extended PID: 00371-00170-177-057889-00-1033-7600.0000-2752009 Installation ID: 004672952033332106755530264234828882604922442296190640 Processor Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=88338 Machine Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=88339 Use License URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=88341 Product Key Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=88340 Partial Product Key: C8PYF License Status: Licensed Remaining Windows rearm count: 3 Trusted time: 10/12/2009 8:20:21 PM HWID Data--> HWID Hash Current: NAAAAAEAAgABAAIAAgACAAAAAQABAAEAJJRsqu5mOsNI5EwF2E3WvVB8/hC4Or9b7nfMMQ== OEM Activation 1.0 Data--> N/A OEM Activation 2.0 Data--> BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no SLIC table Windows marker version: N/A OEMID and OEMTableID Consistent: N/A BIOS Information: ACPI Table Name OEMID Value OEMTableID Value APIC INTEL D975XBX2 FACP INTEL D975XBX2 MCFG INTEL D975XBX2 WDDT INTEL D975XBX2 ASF! Hello Triel,
First off, your Diagnostic Report shows no Non-Genuine issues with Win 7 or Office. The next time you see the Non-genuine message in Office, click the Learn More Online link and that should force the Office Notifier to recheck Office's Genuine status.
In addition, go to http://microsoft.com/genuine and click the Validate Office button.
Thank you,

The message disapeared for a few days and is now back again.
Any help?
Validated via http://www.microsoft.com/howtotell/office/default.aspx?displaylang=en and it shows valid. I guess I will just ignore the message till it stops me.
