where can i find that dll file? i cant find it anywhere , all am getting is libcdio-13.dll

I think that it is safer to get the source files from the reliable author’s Web site, then compile (make the DLL) using Visual Studio. Seems that the downloaded archive (.tar.gz) already contains files like .sln and .vcproj, which are typical for Visual Studio projects.

You can find it in the .7z (in \system) : libcdio-0.9.3-win32-vc140.7z
