    Hi all ...I have an idea please say whether it is correct or not and is it feasible or not
    can any correct me if i am wrong and any suggestions are welcome please .


    User sends and sms to a short code with a product/course/something and other details.
    Based on these details we will create a lead in microsoft dynamics crm....can we call this as lead and is my thinking is correct
    can any one justify please

    crm not recived SMS but you can make application when recived the sms message he will call crm webservices and create the lead
