  • Hi,

I found out that the customer has different passwords for CRM Login and pop account. So we had to put the right password in CRM (allow email router...) and it went fine.

  • Hello.

How is configured as the access credentials? User specified or Other specified?
If user specified is marked you should configure some things in Tools/Options/Email/Set Personal Options of every user and select the option that says Allow E-mail Router to use my credentials to send and receive....

  • As a test, set up an email client and attempt to use that user/password to send/receive email. - It may be that the user is not enabled for relay or is not yet enabled or the password needs to be changed in order to allow it to login.
