Date format in quotes is wrong RRS feed

    CRM has been setup to use the Australian date fomrat (dd/mm/yyyy). Yet when doing Quote reports, the format is mm/dd/yyyy.

    Any ideas why this is so?

    It might be set at the system level but you need to set it at user level as well.

    You can change this by following the steps below.

    Open MS CRM in a browser OR in open outlook with outlook client.
    CRM Tools menu ->Options ->Formats Tab ->Make sure the correct format is selected.
