    Helo,

      I have sent this same message, about my Brother3240C, not printing, a couple of times in the past, but the solutions I was given, do not work. So, I am requesting some help once again. The printer on rare occasions, does print out in Magenta only, but after that one page, it will not print anything again??  I have replaced all of the old ink cartridges with new ones, but that did not help.  Any ideas on this???
