  • I bought live one care 3 months ago and installed it on 1 computer.It says I am allowed 3 computers.I bought a new computer and installed the same one care on it.Now because I can not remember what id i used when I installed it the first time i keep getting messages to buy a new subsciption.I should not have to renew my subscription yet.My product code is   {deleted code} How do I activate this product on this computer without getting a new subscription?

    When reinstalling oneCare you must use the same e-mail address, you used to install and activate your subscription the first time you installed.

     

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
