    SharePoint/Project Server 2010, logged in with Full Control, but I receive a "HTTP status 401: Unauthorized" error when attempting to create a new Report Builder Model or Report Data Source.  When I attempt to create a Report Builder Report, I receive a login window, but my credentials are never accepted.  Repeat: I am logged in with the Farm Admin account, which I have confirmed has Full Control.

    Robert,

    Have you tried adding Loopback Check registry entry? Also run Report building using "Run as administrator" option
