CRM authentication without AD

Hi all,
We will implement MSCRM On-premise for internal, but AD is not accessible for MSCRM due to some company policies. How I can install and config the MSCRM? Any reference? Please advise. Thanks.

You need to have a domain environment to deploy MSCRM. The installation user should have write permission to AD since it will create security groups in AD.

My case is that I need to help any other company to implement MSCRM (On-premise), but the IT of that company did not provide their AD to me due to some reasons. Any advise for this scenario? Thanks.

You have two options: use CRM Online or escalate the block to someone with authority to change the mind of the IT department. But if the IT department are not cooperative then the chances of your CRM project being a success are very slim, so you should explore further the reasons why they are blocking the implementation of new software and find out if there are ways you can work together.

It is possible to install CRM with pre-created AD groups and AutoGroupManagementOff. This may satisfy the AD team.
