Migration Exchange 2010 to Office 365 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
we will migrate emails from Exchange 2010 to Office 365.
For migration, we wanted to use the cutover migration. One of the conditions of migration is to add CA public certificate on Exchange 2010.
Now Exchange server uses a self-certified certificate. So I will need a new certificate to buy (SAN certificate with mail.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com and serverex.domena.local), will I use it for migration and and then will my certificate be useless?

My experience is that I do not need to deal with the Office 365 e-mail certificate.

    Regards

    Peter
