    "Incorect key" when i am introducing the product key that i got with the purchase of Windows Live One Care. What shoul I do.

    You will usually see this message when the product key is entered incorrectly. Try viewing the product key with a magnifier. If you can't correctly enter the product key you can contact support for help.     Just to be clear, your subject line says "microsoft word." Word and OneCare are two different products and each need their own key to activate.
